Dell A920
The Dell a920 is one of Dell’s three in one printers available on the market today. Sometimes it is give them away as part of a promotional packaged deal when Dell is trying to push one or more types of computer on the consumer and at other times it is made available through regular direct retail, and is priced affordably at less than $90, and you definitely get what you pay for and then some. One of the downsides to the Dell a920 is that it tends to drag the paper in a bit crookedly. This causes paper jams, but it is resolved if you keep the paper reservoir stocked with paper. When the sheets of paper count gets down to less than five sheets of paper, the Dell a920 computer starts freaking out basically, and you have to fish the paper out of the rollers and feed each sheet in individually. If you can accept the fact that paper jams are part of owning a printer, then you should be good in that respect. The Dell a920 doesn’t jam up frequently, it just does on occasion and under certain circumstances.
As far as quality goes, the copying, printing, and scanning capabilities of the Dell a920 printer are superior to many of the three in one printer machines. Whether images have been scanned or are printing the quality is wonderful and is certainly nothing to frown upon.
One of the downsides to the Dell a920 is the fact that it is hard to find Dell printer cartridges in stores. A secret to that is that Lexmark printer cartridges can also be used in place of Dell cartridges. They are a bit cheaper this way and also more commonly found in stores, and that is a plus for those who are looking to save the little bit of money that shipping and handling and Dell’s outrageous prices can save you by not ordering the ink from dell. Also, if you are a person with big hands or this printer is going to be for somebody who is into known for their gentleness, you might want to be wary of the fact that the insides are made with plastic parts which can prove frustrating trying not to break them when you are replacing ink cartridges or dislodging a paper jam.
