Lexmark 510
The Lexmark C510 is a network printer for office or commercial use. This means that it doesn’t sit on somebody’s desk next to their computer for their personal use. The Lexmark C510 is a printer that multiple computers can be connected, or mapped, to. One of the most admirable qualities about the Lexmark C510 is that you don’t have to worry about your paper jamming up all of the time. This is a big problem, especially in environments where a lot of printing is involved so at least with the Lexmark 510 printer that will not be an every day experience. One of the downfalls of the Lexmark 510 printer is that it takes a while to boot up from warm-up to a ready status. This can be somewhat of an inconvenience for those who rush to do everything in the morning, and it is hard to make a mental note to warm up the printer. The Lexmark 510 comes in a couple of versions. The Lexmark C510N is a USB-only printer, and it is a lot cheaper than the regular Lexmark 510 printer that is for sale on the web or directly through Lexmark. This printer produces nice, clean and crisp printouts at the rate of about 25 per hour, which is pretty good if you are printing continuously.
The Lexmark 510 is a great option for offices that are looking to upgrade from their current printer system. The printer can print on all different types of media, like regular printer paper, envelopes, labels, business cards, and the like. If you don’t know what you are doing you might get your first envelope stuck in the queue, but the side guards are adjustable so you can fit them around the media to hold it into place as it is fed into the printer. This is a great feature that the Lexmark 510 printer has because it eliminates those nasty crooked prints that we all fear so much; they are a waste of valuable media and even more valuable ink, so nobody wants a smeared or blurred project.
